Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address  or your phone number provided at checkout.
The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.

For local orders, we also designed to accept payment via Debit Card, Bank Transfer & PayPal.
We designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. Orders can also be placed via calling Customer Care (Whatsapp).

Shipping Information
Orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. For local orders, we use JNT Regular/YES.
Worldwide shipping with tracking number using Express Mail Service (EMS) for order(s) outside Indonesia.
Delivery will usually take 5 – 10 working days to reach international destination and 1 – 3 working days for domestic destination.
Please allow a maximum of 1 working day for order handling processes.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exhanges are not applicable for item(s) on discount.
Please note that purchased item(s) on our webstore is non – refundable.
We only accept returns for item(s) with defect, fault, and/or damage.
Item(s) returned must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all the original label and/or tag attached.
We only accept exchanges for incorrect order handling and/or faulty items with defect and/or damages.
